Paramount Bay is a beautiful new residential building situated on Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL. Al-Farooq Corporation served as glazing consultant for the exterior façade and helped manage the approval process.

AFC projects for this property included:

  • Provision of Miami-Dade County (OTA) for doors, storefronts, curtain walls, windows, railings, etc.
  • Manage meetings with Miami-Dade County to optimize product performances and value engineer testing for mock-ups
